Job Type: Temp to Hire

Payrate: $17-18/HR (Based on Shift)

Schedule: 2 Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00am-5:30pm + optional OT on weekends. 

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00pm-5:30am + optional OT on weekends. 

 

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Assemblers for a leading HVAC manufacturer. If you’re mechanically inclined, hands-on, and take pride in quality work, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. 

What You’ll Do

• Assemble HVAC components using hand and power tools. 

• Read blueprints and standard work instructions. 

• Perform product assembly, testing, and quality checks. 

• Use precision measuring instruments. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. 

• Identify process improvements and communicate ideas. 

• Learn and work across multiple production stations. 

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

• Solid mechanical background.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
